Baby Roasted Potatoes

15 baby potatoes, cut in half
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil(30ml)
salt and pepper to taste

Place the potatoes in a pot of water over medium heat. Cook the potatoes until they are partially cooked for approximately 10 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the water and drain in a colander.

Prepare the barbecue for direct grilling. Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
    
Toss partially cooked potatoes with oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Place the potatoes flesh side down on the grill and cook for 6 – 8 minutes or until crispy and brown. Remove.

Yields: 6 Servings
