ASPARAGUS RAFTS


2 lbs of asparagus, trimmed
1 cup of Italian dressing (250ml)
8 wooden skewers

Place asparagus in sealable bag and marinate with Italian dressing for 30 minutes.

Remove asparagus from dressing and thread about 8 asparagus' per skewer.

Preheat grill to 450ºF

Add asparagus to grill and cook for about 2 minutes per side.

Yield: 8 servings
